This website introduces Karunvaya Foundation’s proposed education and social welfare work in India. Programme concepts, confirmed announcements and completed activity reports must be distinguished by their stated status. Publication of this site is not proof of legal registration, government recognition or tax exemption.

Using information responsibly

You may read and share links to public pages with accurate attribution. Do not impersonate the organisation or its volunteers, publish misleading claims, collect money in its name without written authorisation, misuse photographs, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website.

Volunteering and participation

An email enquiry does not create employment, membership, a partnership or a confirmed volunteer placement. Roles, locations, timings, supervision and permissions must be confirmed with the team before attending an activity. Follow the Safeguarding & Conduct guidance.

Donations and payment confirmation

Only use the payment facility shown on the official donation page when it is available. A selected amount is not a payment. A receipt is generated only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Do not rely on a screenshot or a return from a UPI app as proof of success. The current checkout supports one-time INR contributions and an India address; contact the team before attempting other arrangements.

The donation acknowledgement is not a GST tax invoice or an 80G certificate. See the Donation & Refund Policy for payment issues.

Content, images and acknowledgements

Illustrative or AI-generated images are labelled and do not document real programme activity. Public contributor names, affiliations and photographs require verification and permission. Do not infer that an illustrated person is a beneficiary, employee or volunteer. Read the Images & Copyright Policy.

Availability, external services and changes

Website features and programme arrangements may change. External sites and payment services operate under their own policies. We aim to correct inaccurate information when reported but do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Updated terms will be dated on this page; no change removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Contact and disputes

For a question, concern or correction, use the published contact channels. Any applicable legal rights and remedies remain available. This website does not designate a court, legal entity address or registration number that has not been verified.
